To cultivate, implement, and evaluate a locally-driven system of services and resource that result in the promotion of positive youth development.
Our goal of prevention planning is to reduce youth delinquency, gange involvement and gun violence in New Jersey's cities, by reducing the various potential causes of delinquency, while incrasing the protections that lead to productive and delinquency-free adolescene and crime-free adulthood.
